Electronic Discovery Books
This is a list of the best electronic discovery books, treatises, and legal resources that you can purchase. A list of good electronic discovery books is needed because some electronic discovery books are outdated, some electronic discovery books our incomplete, and electronic discovery books just aren’t very helpful.
The first book I would recommend is this:
Title: e-Discovery: Current Trends and Cases
Author: Ralph C. Losey
Publication Date: January 2008
ISBN: 1-59031-953-2
Page Count: 200
Price: $99.95
Available at: http://www.abanet.org/abastore/index.cfm?section=main&fm=Product.AddToCa…
Review: Ralph Losey is a leading e-discovery attorney. His blog (http://ralphlosey.wordpress.com/) provides the latest information about electronic discovery cases, ESI, computer forensics, and legal technology related to those topics. Although I haven’t read his book yet, I expect it integrates the same high quality and comprehensive approach that has given Ralph’s blog such high esteem. Once I read this book, I will provide additional comments. Stay tuned.
