		<description>Thanks for including me as a candidate, but at the risk of appearing ungrateful, I wish you'd take the poll down.  What possible benefit can flow from ranking the folks listed beyond hurt feelings and bruised egos?  It's not as if anyone has to choose who to read or heed.  

Plus, there are so many who make enormous contributions who aren't listed.  What about George Socha, Lee Rosenthal, Ken Withers, Ron Hedges, John Facciola, Tom Allman, Shira Scheindlin, Mike Arkfeld--I could go on and on and on.  There are a lot of great people in the band.   No one has to hog the spotlight.

If folks read my stuff and feel it worth their time, that's all the rock star status I want.</description>
