International E-Discovery Vendors

Someone recently asked me if I knew of some international e-discovery vendors. This person lived outside the United States and was looking for e-discovery service providers or e-discovery software providers in countries outside the United States. Unfortunately, I don't know of many.

Here are a few:

• Kroll Ontrack has locations around the world including its UK office that services a number of neighboring nations.
• eMag Solutions has facilities in the US and UK.
• Australia is home of the email data analysis and eDiscovery software developer Nuix.

Do you know of any others?

It is possible that e-discovery companies may not have been formed yet in some smaller nations because the don't have the same amount of computer data and litigation as the United States. And when large-scale e-discovery is needed in those nations, they have options in the US and UK from e-discovery vendors who can handle foreign language e-discovery.

There are number of vendors in Europe with specific base in the UK. some of the most prominent one's are Trilantic, EPIC , Kroll Ontrack, FTI, Deloitte, KPMG, E.Law in Australia. 7 safe, H5 Technologies, H7B1 In europe.

Some e discovery based in Asia Include, Kordamentha in Australia, UBIC in Japan , Data Management group in Singapore an so on.
